In 1987, Irene Dreayer formed her own Personal Management company in Los Angeles, California and represented writers, actors and music artists.  She discovered twins Tia and Tamara Mowry and transformed them into the break out stars of the series “SISTER, SISTER” for which she was Executive Producer on the WB Network. The popular series ran for seven seasons, was nominated for a Humanitas Prize and won multiple NAACP Image Awards. Irene also discovered Tahj Mowry, who went on to star in “SMART GUY,” a series for the WB Network, which was also crowned with multiple NAACP Image Awards over its 4 seasons.

Irene discovered Dylan and Cole Sprouse as twin performers and brought them to the Disney Channel to develop a series for these twin/tween stars. She served as Executive Producer on THE SUITE LIFE OF ZACK AND CODY, THE SUITE LIFE ON DECK, and the TV Movie THE SUITE LIFE ON DECK for the Disney Channel.  She gave the network their longest running series in the history of the Channel.  Collectively, Irene has produced over 600 half hours of Primetime TV.

Currently "the Dray" is a co-founder of the digital site TheDrayWay.com that helps parents and kids navigate their way through show business acting as an entertainment career coaching service for kids.  She works with kids from all over the country through her private Skype sessions where she analizes and works with kids and their parents.  Through these Skype sessions the Dray offers guidance to improve their performance, the truth about their child's talent and progress, honest assessment of the next step for their child, audition preparation and reinforcement of their child's confidence. 

Irene has discovered the latest 'new kids' from the DrayWay Facebook contest entries.  Through her Skype sessions with them, these talented kids are ready to become stars.

Currently, she and her partners are developing a digital tween channel and are drawing stars from their social community.  "The next star of their own web series could be YOU!"
